That night we signed up to head back into Chobe for the sunset river cruise. I was stoked! All the elephants and hippos were down by the river and I wanted to get closer to them!
Throw in some drinks and a sunset – it was an amazing night!
There is not much more to say about it. It was freakin’ incredible. Elephants were literally swimming through river! Who knew elephants could swim!?
And hippos in the water next to us! Do you know hippos are one of the most dangerous animals in the world?
After the cruise, we headed back to the campsite and drank a bunch of wine with the group! Because what better way to end an evening like that!?
